hello,whenever we try to play a certain game (fornite) it says,"your account does not have the correct permissions to acsess xbox live functionally"We have tried everything and nothing seems to work???

Doesnt Make Sense

some how you did something wrong.you shoud have gotten a email with the text explaining what you did wrong.

did you jtag the system?

changed the avatar beyond the paramaters?

tried to cheat?(changing a saved game to get more money ore health?)

opend up the xbbox and change'd any hardware?

get a repair by anyother then ms?

these are one off the top thing's to get banned.

Silver Members and Gold Members are held to the same rules and regulations they agree to when they sign up for an XBL account. Everyone's warning is the Terms of Service and Code of Conduct they agree to when they create an XBL
account. If you do not read them it is not their fault/problem.

Every post in the My Console was Banned forum is answered by a person, not a bot. They do not tell you exactly why you were console banned, they do that to prevent people from finding workarounds for that reason. They have every
right to prevent that.

If MS did not care about their community they would not enforce their service at all. You're just mad you got caught.

How would you like to have a job where you have the same complaint from hundreds of people that has the same answer? You'd use a bit of copy and paste to be more efficient.

Hi!

Fortnite needs a Gold membership to play online.

Try checking the "Subscriptions" section of the console if the Gold service is active. If everything works, try clearing the cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs. If it does not work yet, delete the profile from the console and re-download it
again.

If you'd like a reason for your suspension, you have to post here:

If you don't like the reason they've already given you, unfortunately it's all you get. Your warning against the things you should avoid doing to get suspended is the Code of Conduct, which you agree to when you sign up for Xbox Live.
