doesnt load most stuff

when i was playing dying light i got an achievement i clicked on it and my xbox froze ever since then my xbox doesnt want to load any games apps and signing in is super slow ive tired hard reset many times ive hold the power button for 5 seconds nothing
seems to work and i really dont want to restore factor defaults so if anyone knows how to fix this please reply back

Avatar store broken?

I noticed that almost all of the avatar store won't load for me. Some pages load but most say "sorry we can't connect to the xbox avatar Avatar store. Please try again later" It's like this for most pages ( I can't even renown load what I already have)
Some stuff still loads though. On Xbox.com the problem is still there and it will load little to no content This including my stuff and a lot of stuff I remember. Is this a glich just for me or for everyone?

Fileshare issues

My fileshare works but when looking for most popular or new community uploads it doesnt load nothing! I want to download forge maps and modes

You say you hold the console button for 5 seconds does it actually turn off, normally it would take 8 seconds, try 8seconds then unplug from mains for 30 seconds plug back in and power up see if that helps.

I have ordered tons of stuff off them and have got loads on preorder at the mo. I think the sale stuff may take longer to deliver as theyre probably shipping so much out. Most of the time they are very good at fast deliveries
