doesn't let me sign in

tells me to sign in using controller but when I do it just loads and stays like that.

Doesn't let me Download MW3.

It doesn't let me start MW3 (Modern warfare 3) all it says is " For a list of Xbox 360 games playable on Xbox One, go to xbox.com/backcompat." Please Help me fix this.

 

Doesn't let me do anything

when I log in it acts as if I have live and everything is OK but when I got party it says "your privacy settings prevent chat with some people” but I can hear them just can’t talk. Next when I send a message it says due to you past behavior you can’t do
this. Last thing I’ve noticed whenever I open a game it says find something else to do due to you last behavior. Also I bought live and it changed nothing

 

Log out of all profiles then remove your profile from the console and perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console
for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload the profile and try logging in.
