doesn't let me install game

    just got brand new forza horizon 3 and it doesn't let me install and i can't look up the error code for the game.

    GAME DOESN'T INSTALL!

    I have the game since December of 2015 and it works very well. Recently I have bought an Xbox One S and a can't install the game in my new console, I don't know if the problem is in the console or in the CD. When I looked at the CD closely, I saw marks on
    the sides. I think my cd's messed up.

    I tried all the tutorials on the support and nothing worked. My questions is: can I recive a digital copie of the game instead I destroy the CD?

    Hope for a awnser, I miss play this game!

    Gears of War 3 PROBLEM

    I bought gears, thought the disc was faulty.. I'm now on my 3rd disk and it still doesn't work so im coming to the conclusion it's my xbox.

    It reads every other disk I have!

    I doesn't let me install the disc it just says it's mucky. If it does let me install it gets to around 40-45 percent then says its mucky.

    Also it lets me go on the game but when I try load anything, it doesn't let me.

    Whats going on?!

    How did you get it for free? Were you playing it through Game Pass? GTA was removed from Game Pass today, so it would only be possible to play it if you previously purchased it or purchase it now.

    Let’s try to isolate the problem a bit more, for this try and tell me:

    A. If you go to the drive where you want to install the game and look insider the WindowsApps or XboxGames folder
    Are you able to see a folder related to this game?

    B. If you have more than one drive (besides C:) no matter if you select a different drive the issue persist?

    C. Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
    Restart the PC and try again

    D. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again
