Doesnt let me install any games from xbox game pass.

I just purchased the xbox game pass and it doest let me install anything, the option is turned off, and the solutions the page gives are all useless.

Honestly this is pathetic, idk how u guys manage the microsoft store and the xbox launcher sooooo bad, its hilarious.

PD: Ive tried the phone call 5 times, the service call me and noone is on the phone, it just an empy call, quiet, its pathetic.

Ive tried all of the options that website says could solve it.

2 screenshots of the problem, the install botton is off and the download route doesnt pop up, thats probably the problem.

Thank you, let’s try to isolate a bit more the problem:

A. Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart the PC and try again

B. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

C. Create a new local administrator user in your PC and try from there

D. Reinstall / repair missing dependencies

Press Windows key + X and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

Type or copy / past the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Restart the PC once the command ends and give it a new try

Is this happening on Xbox or PC?
If it’s on Xbox, what console do you have?

It's my xbox game pass minecraft 3 months free perk. It doesnt let me use it on microsoft.store or any other place.

You can install the game even if you just own Game Pass for Console.

Have you tried installing other Xbox game pass games and let me know if you will be able to install them without any issues?
