    I have a Hauppauge Digital TV Tuner (for Xbox One) in order to watch live TV. Everything works great with it and with OneGuide. I also have a Logitech Harmony Home Control Remote, which controls everything great within the Xbox One. However, I can't
    change channels dialing the numbers on the remote. Is this a setting within Xbox or possibly OneGuide?

    Just for greater clarity, essentially my TV is just a monitor and I'm using the Xbox One with the Hauppauge to do all the TV channel selection.

    Also, I've noticed that the Xbox One Media Remote doesn't have a number pad, which I find curious. Maybe Xbox doesn't support changing channels using direct number buttons.

    Xbox One is almost the perfect Over-the Air TV option, however, not being able to dial the channel directly is quite frustrating. Any thoughts or advice would be helpful. Thanks!

    Digital tuner not supported

    I just downloaded the May update to try my Hauppauge Tuner (the same one indicated in

    support.xbox.com/.../over-the-air-tv    ) and was disappointed that regional support was not included in the update - though my tuner was detected. Does anybody know if regional support is forthcoming? If not, then I too would love to be in the preview program
    so I can use the tuner. Thanks!

    I have a similar setup with a Logitech Harmony 650 and am seeing the same behavior. Also found I couldn't type my zip code using the number keys on the remote but the number keys on the remote works just fine for entering my pin for account settings so I
    know the remote is sending the commands.

    The Xbox Media remote should give you this capability but I've seen some reports that it isn't working correctly since the NXOE update. I'm sure it will get fixed though

    One guide not showing channel info

    it seems obvious that this is a Microsoft problem, for the following reasons.

    1. I use an over-the-air antenna (OTA), so the channel information is broadcast over the air with no intermediary other than Microsoft. The channel guide/listing information is working on all OTA televisions in my household that are not connected to an
    Xbox.

    2. Information about the current channel and program is correctly displayed upon changing the channel using the Xbox OneGuide app. This includes the program/show name for what is currently on and what is up next. So, channel info is being received and
    displayed within OneGuide but outside of the channel guide / listing.

    3. This problem started without any changes of any kind being made in my household. No hardware changes, no configuration changes, no software changes or updates.

    4. The OneGuide is successfully connecting to Microsoft via Xbox Live, as evident by my favorites being successfully loaded (including channel numbers and network icons), the problem being that every channel is displaying “No info available” instead of the
    descriptions for each show for each channel in each time slot.
