Yes. You can chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing the option, change your category/topic. It should say chat with support, not with
an expert gamer. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

Same here! I contacted the Xbox Live support and they sent me a link of a thread so I could leave my message about the code I did not receive. So now I just found the thread does not exist anymore. Why???

I believe you will need to upgrade to Xbox Live Gold. That previous service you had of Silver does not exist anymore.

Ok I did that got the recovery page but it gave me this error

The Microsoft account you've entered does not exist.

I tried going into the contact page for Xbox but they didn't let me do a phone call or live chat

How would I be able to do a 1:1 chat with Microsoft support
