Does xbox not give you something back for every $10 you spend? Am part of xbox rewards.

I spent like $55 more than a week ago buying some digital games.waited a couple days to see if anything was going to be deposited in my account on xbox.rewards.com and nothing made a post on the rewards section since the 22 an no one has decided to help
regarding this i have the link for that post. http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_rewards_support/f/29/t/1721152.aspx. Looks like no one takes care of that section no more.kindly help and dont direct me to there again caz no one is there to help how dissapointing.

My VIP rewards a little unfair. Please help.

I got a prize for being part of rewards for more than 7 years, and that is cool, and I have been gold for about 10 years ! what is not cool is that I had to travel and even switched from an OG xbox one to a xbox one S (that is why I could not use the console
or its services for about a month) and when I come back to my rewards I find this.

Ive had a gold subscription since i bought my first 360 in 2008, I only recently found out about the rewards program. Im not a fanboy by any measure of the word. I just love video games. Just finding out that there are rewards available was an awesome surprise.
You say that you want a free game on your birthday month, because you spent your own money and deserve some recognition. There are an estimated 46 million gamers on xbox live. Now say there are an equal number of people celebrating their birthdays every day
through out the year. That's over 126,000 people everyday getting something free. say every game they give away is $10. They would be spending 1.26 million dollars a day through out the rest of the year, that's over 400 million dollars given away, just for
birthday games. how much does xbox make annually? like a billion dollars? You really expect them to just give it all back?

 

It can take time for a reply to get back to you. You'll need to be patient as you'll only be able to get an answer to your question through the Rewards forums.

 

You only posted there recently, they do answer every single thread starting with the oldest unanswered.

However, note that you do not get anything back within the same month. Each month it sums up your total purchases and gives you some credit back (in the form of Rewards Credits) in the following month. When you reach 5000 Rewards Credits, in the following
month it deposits $5 into your Microsoft Account.

You will not see the activity after just a couple days.

 

To clarify Maxen's post, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So you won't see any of the credits pending for any purchases made this month until mid April.

 

Realize how much you get depends on your Gamerscore. (see below)

You also must fill up the meter to trigger your next deposit. When you reach at least 5,000 Rewards Credits, they will be converted into dollars and deposited into your Microsoft account around the 15th and 30th of every month. Tired of waiting? Once you
have earned 1,000 Credits or more, you'll be able to request an early deposit.
