Does xbox need more moderators for monitoring multiplyer?

I would like to suggest xbox or microsoft make sub groups that play on a daily basis or pull from insiders group to help monitor more the problems all seem to be having with alot of naughty or not so well behaved players online. I would like to suggest those
groups can submit directly to the developers and maybe get to a wider range of misbehaved players or maybe the "right" players that need to be warned etc..

It does seem like in the last year for sure the language has gone through the roof for me online as kids are really saying whatever they want to whomever they want. Its alot harder to have fun when your getting screamed at cause your not as good or their
having a bad day etc... I think the more monitoring the better... what do you think?

Xbox Forum Moderators Need more Training

The person you're quoting is NOT a forum mod. He has never been a forum mod. He never claimed to be a forum mod. In fact if you actually read what he said, he explicitly explained that
he isn't (just like I am not a mod).

As what was explained in the quote you posted; that level number under our gamertags (level 1 for you, level 8 for me, level 7 for ngocphi) indicates our forum levels. Every regular user (ie you and I, and most other users) that
level will be a number depending on your activity on the forums. However if that level is a letter, that means something different. I'll list what the letters mean (or at least the letters I remember):

• M = Forum Moderator.
• V = Microsoft MVP. These people are technically also forum mods, but they have more technical capabilities (I don't fully understand their roles outside the forums).
  
• S = Xbox Support Staff. Any information, or responses you get from someone with an 'S' on their forum level will be an official Xbox Support response.
  
• X = Xbox Staff. Anyone with an 'X' on their forum level works directly for Xbox or Xbox Live.
  

There are other forum levels, but I can't remember them right now.
