Does Xbox have live support chat, but with human?

I bought a cd Key from online shop, but it doesn't work. So I contacted online shop for refund, they asked me to provide time and date when the key was used. And they said that xbox support can provide me this information. But I cannot find normal xbox support, only virtual agent which doesnt understand me and my problem. Can somebody help me with this? Thank you

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us. If you don't see those options, change the category/topic until you do.

I believe only live chat is available right now. If the option to live chat with a human does not appear to you, change the topic/category until it does. But I'm not sure if the Xbox support will be able to sort this out if this is a technical issue.

45 minute hold time to chat with technical support. 89 minutes to speak with an actual live human being. Great support model....

1 (800) 642-7676 Is microsofts usa number. It might not be the right number for the issue but they should be able to get you to who you need to talk to. If
you are outside of usa they have a directory for support numbers. Have no clue how to find the directory though. Goodluck.

That number will no longer work and will send you to the contact site. You have to request a call back or chat with support through the contact site.
