    Hi. My name is Mel and I am an independent advisor. I don't think having games pass has any effect on the wait times for cloud gaming. However that being said I waited less than 3 minutes when it was busy a few days ago and I have games pass ultimate. Hope this helps and you enjoy your day.

    It entirely depends on what you're trying to play and whe. you're trying to do it

    Fortnite can only have so many nodes dedicated to the free users, and it's very busy on a Saturday. A tuesday morning probably a lot less. If you're looking to play CIV you might have way better luck than someone. looking to play GTA

    But lower wait times are not a benefit of the subscription.

    Since it's using the cloud, you need a Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Regular PC Game Pass does not include cloud gaming.

    PC Game Pass does not include cloud gaming. You would be installing the games.

    Am I able to transfer Xbox Game pass to PC without having to buy it separately?

    You can cancel your console and start a PC game pass subscription, or subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate which includes both. Please note that any games that are not play anywhere will not be available on your PC, and cloud access requires Ultimate. At this time Cloud also does not support anything but controllers
