So i find it bull that a guy has a penni parker pfp (the character is 16) and is sexualized I called them a **** and weird so I get that I would get suspended but this guy still wasn't suspended at all and no action has been taken for his gross pfp while action has been taken against my messaging. I'm starting to believe that Xbox just supports or just doesn't care about these people's pfp even if it's sexualized

I am still under review and this guy still isn't banned or suspended for his profile picture matter of fact that is still his profile picture their name is (MIDASHEVIL)

Copyright pictures arent suspendable in pfp awhile back in PM.

Trying to figure out the same thing, person had a picture of straight up loli **** of a character that looked under the age of 10 as their profile picture, I call them a pedophile over it and yet I get banned while my report did nothing? Very nice to know that Xbox supports people being pedophiles and does not care while actively silencing the people calling them out and reporting them about it. Honestly done with Xbox, cancelling all my subscriptions and going back to Playstation now.

Obsessive Power

The system can use AI to detect, swearing, slurs and insults in messages. This will cause the report system to give the offender an automatic account suspension. Very little is needed to be done directly by Xbox enforcement for these types of reports.

Other infractions such as offensive gamer pictures and the like are more complex. It may take days or weeks for a suspension to be placed on an account that has violated the Xbox Terms of Use. Remember that Xbox has millions of users worldwide. You can not expect another person to be suspended quicky for these types infractions. Microsoft is not condoning or defending their actions.

You can't have 'Any character you want'. If the fictional character is copyright material, you can not use it on your Xbox profile. It does not just need to fall in to a 'bad category'.

For example, a fictional character that is available in the public domain as free to use would be okay as long as it does not breach the guideline of being suitable for all audiences, but for example, something like Batman or Superman would be breach of the Xbox Community standards.
