Xbox 360 (backwards compatible) games require an internet connection to be loaded to the xbox one due to the emulator.

Is your console updated and connected to the internet? Have you also tried a
power cycle?

So backwards compatibility does require internet to confirm you own the games and you will need the disc if it's a disc based game as the download to console on Xbox one is to speedup load times.

The game is backwards compatible with the 360, but not the One. In order for backwards compatibility to work, the 360 requires an official MS brand 360 hard drive.

Yes my Xbox has 7/24 access to the internet, also 1TB free in the external HD and like 100GB in the internal.

Usually checking for updates.

Have reset it plenty times, also disconnected from power supply several times since the first time I tried to play 360 GOW 1. Still couldnt play :c

Any other thoughts?
