Does X-box need a firewall for net play?

Hello.

Give me, please, an advise am I need to protect the password of my internet account while playing X-box on-line? E.g. the PC has firewall against troyan spies, and what about X-box? Could smb. steal my password for Wi-Fi router through internet connection of
X-box? Thank you for advance.

Have you tried resetting your router to factory defaults? Theres usually a button somewhere that needs to be held in or a tiny button that needs to be pushed in with something small (a pen nib for example) it may be something as simple as a router firewall
issue. Another thing worth trying is putting your x box outside the routers firewall (into the routers DMZ) theres plenty of how to's on the net for this

 

Guess Player on X-Box Live?

Is there a way i can have a quess player play on my x-box live (Modern Warfare) with me on the same x-box?, playing the split screen together, my daughter has her name in my x-box as well for her games but can't play together on on x-box live or does she
need her own x-box? i can only play on my name to play the game.

i'm new to the x-box live stuff.

No need xbox is safe and people cannot steal your Wi-Fi password via xbox.
