Does transferring my xbox one account "B" to a new xbox still have the games account "A" had?

So on my xbox I have two accounts, account A and account B. All my games were purchased on account A. I want to transfer account B to the new xbox. Will it still have access to all the games account A had? Or will I have to transfer account A also just so
it has the games?

Confused about sharing digital games and license transfer

Okay, can someone clear this up about transfering licenses for the 360? Let's say I wanna share Destiny with my friend. I buy the digital copy and I download it. Then my friend on her own separate 360 goes onto my account and downloads it. Now she did a license transfer to her account. She should be able to log onto her own account after she's done playing Destiny and play it. People are saying you would have to be on the account that purchased it to play it, and you have to be connected to Xbox Live at all time, unless you were on the console where the game was first purchased on, then it would be available for all the profiles on that console. Are they including if you do a license transfer or not? Because to my knowledge, once you do a license transfer on let's say account A to console B, then any accounts on console B can play any games that account A owns.

I'm borrowing my friends xbox 360, and I logged in to my xbox account. I started up Red Dead on the Xbox One, but my saves were not there, so I went to transfer my red dead saves to the cloud on the 360. I'm logged in to the account that bought the game, but it still gives me the error message.

You would have to sign into account A and set the new console as its Home console in order to continue to access the games on account B.

I have a similar problem. I got the xbox one and had to make a new account because my old account was not allowing me transfer it the the One. Not only did I have a new account for the One I had to put that new account on my 360. I downloaded my new account
to the 360, but now it is saying that I don't have Xbox Gold and I can't play multiplayer, watch videos, or download games.

You cant transfer data, but you can share with other account.

But i dont know is if minecraft windows10 edition actually works on xbox one.... i think Minecraft windows10 edition only runs on windows10)

But if you want to test, just add to your new xbox your first account and make sure is selected as "My Home Xbox" (Go to
Settings - Personalization - My Home Xbox) and see if is marked "This is my home xbox" if yes, just log off and log in with your new account, now you should have all games on ready-to-install
(that are xbox one available) that you had purchase with your old account.

NOTE: Like I said above, I dont know for sure if that Minecraft version works on Xbox One but you can always try.

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, there is no possible way to transfer games between accounts. However, Your youngest son can still play the games that are in the old account ; while he is using the new account.

You can do that by designating the Xbox Console as Home Xbox with the old account ( the one that was setup by your eldest son).

Sign into the old account and go to Settings > Profile & system > General > Personalization, and then select
My home Xbox. Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox. afterwards please switch back to your youngest son's new account.

Unfortunately according to this thread: Transfer Xbox games from one account to another - Microsoft Community - this is not possible as the game license is tied to that account, however the thread mentioned does have some good ideas on how to get around it.
