    Does there still exist region–locked restriction on the Chinese console?


    As the Xbox series x Chinese version releasing date approaching, can i just unlock the machine to switch to the other xbox regions. I have heard that someone exploited a method to unlock the region restriction for Chinese console, it is that true?

    I think I remember hearing they removed the restrictions, but I'm not sure. The restricted consoles do still exist. There is no legit way to switch regions on that machine. Any kind of exploit to do so would not be allowed and could get the console banned.
    But it did work a long period of time by creating a unique file to unlock xbox one x/s, then Microsft china fixed this bug, none of any console was banned
