Does the Xbox One Kinect work with the Xbox 360?

So I've been thinking of buying an Xbox 360, and I already have the Xbox One Kinect. So instead of getting an Xbox 360 Kinect, I was wondering if the Xbox One Kinect was compatible with the Xbox 360.

Unfortunately not, they are two different types of hardware for two different consoles, sorry.

[/quote] No it won't. You need a USB to connect it to your computer and the Xbox one Kinect does not have that. Plus the system requirements say Xbox 360 Kinect or Microsoft Kinect for windows.

Sorry to say but no Xbox 360 Kinect games will be made backwards compatible as they will not work with the Xbox One Kinect.

The 360 Kinect is different from the Xbox One Kinect.

The Xbox One Kinect Sensor only works on the Xbox One (or the One S w/ the adapter). The Xbox 360 Kinect Sensor only works on Xbox 360.
