Does the Xbox One have any Major Current Issues?

I have heard that early on in the Xbox one's lifespan, it had a major disc reading or eating problem. My question is: are there any other major problems and has this been fixed?

By major problems, I mean the ones where you must send it in for repairs not the 'delete and redownload' type of problems.

The Xbox One interface is so dull.

To be honest I dont have any major issues with the Interface on the Xbox One.

It does the job in my opinion.

 

Xbox Slim transfering help

hey fellas. so my current xbox is the black 250gb xbox slim. the one i want to purchase is the star wars kinect bundle. i have around 100gb or so of data on my current xbox. my question is:

can i transfer all of my data from my current xbox onto a usb, then to an external hard drive, back into a usb and finally back into my NEW xbox? ive tried looking for a slim to slim transfer cable, but i haven't had any luck in major retailers around my
area.

You would get issues with all new products Xbox one is no different if you are thinking of buying one read and post in the general discussions as well I am happy with it good luck

 

No major issues that I'm aware of but tons of small frustrating issues: Game DVR barely ever works anymore since the last update, the party system is really flakey and often fails, once in a while my Kinect won't power on when the Xbox One comes on, the
3 red lights and Xbox logo light will be off and obviously the kinect won't react to my voice or gestures; shutting the xbox down via a hard reset fixes it, but it is still annoying.

Microsoft never offers any helpful information on real fixes for the OS, they just tell you the usual tech support bullcrap script (hard reset, unplug xbox one for 5 minutes, plug it back in) which never fixes anything.

Luckily it seems like the issues should be addressable by software fixes (if they ever get around to it) unlike the RROD fiasco.
