    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. That is a great question. There are several applications that will allow background music on the Xbox One. We have an article entitled

    Getting Started With Background Music on Xbox One     that has a list of supported applications. The article explains that using Groove music will allow MP3s from OneDrive to be played. However, Groove music has merged with Spotify. Thus, there is no application
    at the moment that allows OneDrive MP3s to be used for background music. If you would like to suggest that OneDrive be used as background music, provide us with your feedback at our

    From what I am gathering you are just saving an image from the Xbox One app and using it as your own background. This does not violate any terms as long as the image isn't lewd or obscene. As mentioned by Fincher23, there is programs that can allow you
    to save these images, and even captures from Xbox.

    It's set to instant on you can purchase games on the smartglass app or

    Via the xbox website and it will download the game even if your at work or school

    Thank you disc. I was playing around with the settings and I switched it from instant on to energy saving. I guess I'll switch it back.

    I was actually unaware of the purchase online and download while you're away function. I had queue up this months games with gold while I was at work and when I got home they were ready to go. Quite a pleasant surprise

    Did you make sure to turn on background downloads? This should allow you to watch and download. It does show download stopped but should still be going regardless.

    Fyi the xbox one does background downloads it doesnt actually rewuire much and uses a better wifi adapter

    Background downloading doesnt take much power or bandwidth
