    Does the saved data carry over from xbox 360 to the xbox one?


    A couple of weeks ago I got the xbox one I didn't get dragon ball xenoverse because I wasn't sure if 1. my saved data would carry over and 2. if I would have to re buy all the DLCs besides the free one. I already know I'll have to rebuy the DLCs but can
    anyone tell me if my saved data from the 360 will carry over to the One.

    XBox360->XBox One game upgrades..

    Achievements will not carry over, different set for the 360 and Xbox One. You will lose your saved game data but nothing on the server side like BF4 and CoD: Ghost player data.

    if I play a game on xbox game pass and i want to buy it with same progression can i buy it from microsoft store and continue with same progress that i have made while im playing it using game pass?

    Your save data will carry over as long as you are using the same account you played on earlier. Your data will carry over for both digital (from the Xbox/Microsoft Store) and physical version (disc from anywhere) of the game.

    Hi Sterling,

    Are you referring to transferring game data or progress from one account to another? If so, then that is not possible unfortunately. Saved data is account specific and can't be shared or linked with other accounts.

    If you are just simply trying to add a profile you had on your Xbox 360 to your Xbox One, you can do so by just putting in the login information for that account on your Xbox One.

    Your gamertag will carry over and any digital games you own will also carry over. In order for 360 game saves to carry over, you need to make sure your Xbox Live cloud storage is enabled on the 360 and back up or move the saved data from your storage device
    to the cloud storage. Anything from the Xbox Live cloud storage will sync to the Xbox One over the network connection to Xbox Live once you start the game on the Xbox One.

    Game saves don't carry over because Xbox 360 games are not playable on Xbox One. Some online progress carries over between 360 and One with games such as CoD Ghosts, BF4 and Destiny but single player saves are not transferable.

    You can keep your current profile on your Xbox One. All you need to do is recover the profile using the email and password linked to that account.
