    Does the phone you have matter a lot for Console streaming?


    So i tried Console streaming with a One Plus 6 on a 4G connection (30-70mb download -2-10mb upload depending on where i'm) while my xbox was on a wired internet connection (240mb download - 13mb upload).

    Yesterday i bought a Samsung S20+ can i expect a better performance due to the phone or is there another issue?

    Yeah, it's true, the black adaptor is slightly better than the built in on the S consoles. The main difference, as pointed out, is it does 5GHZ and 2.4GHZ. This mostly matters if you actually use 5GHZ on your router, or stream a lot of movies from your PC.

    Hi, not positive. Pretty sure it was via xbox. possible it may have been through an android tablet or maybe even my phone. Lots of endpoints. Does it matter?

    Does the new xbox series x use a lot more internet bandwidth than the xbox one x did?

    my home has 4 gaming pc's, 4 xbox consoles, 2 smart tv's, 7 phones, streaming boxes etc etc, i use on average about 3.4TB per month or more. what your console is using is about right if you have a lot of games installed and play a lot, that usage also accounts for any streaming on the xbox like youtube, netflix etc etc.

    Hi, I don't think this is possible at the moment. In the future it should be possible to stream to a tablet or phone using https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-streaming/console-streaming but
    this is currently in preview so is still in the testing phase at the moment but might potentially be a solution to your problem if you have a spare compatible phone or tablet. I'm not sure if the console streaming will support console to console streaming.
