Does the 'Fallout 4 Season Pass' include the 'Vault-Tec Workshop' addon?

I bough the Fallout 4 Season pass which states, "get the Fallout 4 Season Pass and get access to all Fallout 4 DLC for one S.P.E.C.I.A.L. price." I played all the DLC up until Far Harbour, then went away to play other games, planning to come back when more
DLS was released.

When "Vault-Tec Workshop" DLC was released, I went onto the game hub for Fallout 4 and found the DLC then went to install. It then said "Buy" instead of "Install". Weird as I had bough the season pass. I had assumed that Xbox Live was doing something
odd and not allowing me to download, so I contacted support and told them the above. 'Mark M' representing xbox live told me, "I also want you to get all the dlc's there is for Fallout 4 however, it appears that this dlc is not yet included"

Can anybody confirm whether the DLC is included in the season pass or not? Was the Xbox Live employee point blank lying to me?

More worrying is that it will also not include the Nuka-Cola addon which is due out soon :/

unable to download add-on

I recently purchased the fallout 4 digital deluxe bundle which includes the season pass but i'm not able to download the fallout 4 vault-tec workshop it said i have to purchase it but it should come with the digital deluxe purchase like all the other add-on

Fallout 4 season pass not giving!

I got Fallout 4 with Fallout 3 included as free on my birthday 2016 when i also got my first Xbox One. The problem is that a season pass was included as well but there was no dlc's released at the time (02-24-16), i'm really confused why i've never recieved
any dlc's or anything like that in the game? Please, i had to buy Far Harbour, Wasteland Workshop, Contrapions Workshop and Automatron, Now i have Nuka-World and Vault-Tec Workshop left.

All dlc is included in the season pass, but there has been a problem with the last fallout 4 update.

Should be fixed within 24hrs.

I had a similar issue in that I could not download the latest 'Vault-Tec Workshop' addon today without paying for it (I also have the season pass), although mine did show up on the xbox live store?. Spoke to somebody at xbox live and they are going to look
into it. At least it is not only me having issues being forced to pay for addons that should be included in the season pass!

When I bought Fallout 4 I got the gold edition at Best Buy which included the game, the season pass, and a pair of vault boy socks. The season pass was printed on the receipt but I have already thrown away the receipt. I had installed the season pass because
I had the wasteland workshop but now all of that is gone. Thanks for the help though.
