    Does the Enforcement Team Actually Work?


    Seems they just randomly suspend you even when you have proof that you did nothing. Appeal it, show proof again and nothing. Solid effort for a service we pay for.

    The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

    Actually it does only take 1 valid complaint. It's up to the enforcement team to decide if an FNC is justified or not though.

    Per the terms you agreed to, they are not obligated to show you any specifics. They do investigate each complaint they receive before issuing a suspension/ban.

    yeah the entire system is broken at the moment they don't care if you innocent or not they justify your guilt basically if you used any curse words even "heck" along those lines you know what i mean. you'll get banned they don't care they have no accountability
    no matter how much Microsoft says they do or anyone else for that matter.

    If enforcement bans you then call your credit card company regarding any Xbox live purchase. They will fight to get your money back. do not let Xbox win!

    You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.
