Does the customer callback function not work if you are in the UK? If so this is bad...

The games team doesn't seem to have a working chat function. I spoke to someone in purchases yesterday but they couldn't connect me directly to that team.

The callback function does not work.

Also - the number above redirects me to the xbox support website and then hangs up.

I'm in the UK and unable to request a callback. Awful customer service.

Not if he is in the UK. There is no way to talk to anybody. The callback service does not work, I have been trying for over a week, just get the error 'Something went wrong on our end. We’re working on it.' when entering a UK number.
