Does "Reset this Xbox but keep my games and apps" delete all the profiles on it?

Yes it will remove the profiles so you will need to download them again after the initial set up has been completed.

Your cousin will need to do this with their profile as accessing someone else's profile is against the rules.

I believe this option will not delete captures as it does not delete your games.

Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

When resetting the Xbox, make sure that you do not have any offline saves because it will be deleted. But if you are connected to your network when gaming there is no need to worry because your game saves is saved to the cloud and it won't be deleted from the system.

Which means all of your games will remain installed on your Xbox.

The profile downloaded will be deleted but you always have the option to redownload them.
