Does Playing Games With Xbox Causes Back Pain

The games wont give you back pain, its the way you sit that will be the cause of it.

Try making your seating arrangement a bit more comfortable.

Only my hands get a bit numb after awhile of gaming. I just stretch them for +-5 minutes when i start feeling the numbness kicking in. But never had any back pain issues.

This will very much be dependant on your sitting position, where you sit and where the position of your TV ect is. I've noticed my other half has a habit of sitting forward and resting his elbows on his legs when gaming. This gives him neck pain. Be
aware of your positioning when playing.

To avoid this I make sure me seat is perfectly level with the screen.

The games /xbox won't give you back pain. The way you sit /your posture while playing the might.

Try altering the way you sit while playing to see if that helps. If it persists you should consult a doctor.

It isn't related to you playing Xbox, it might be related to how you play Xbox. If you're sat in a position of poor posture for a prolonged period of time, it can put stress on particular areas of your body. Correct posture is really important.
If you're sat hunched over, then try to make a conscious effort to sit upright, with your back more straight. It will take a while to get used to it, but it's worth it in the long run.

Of course, it might also be something entirely unrelated.
