Good day. My name is Igor, I'm from Ukraine. For a while, I do not have Xbox Live working, although the Internet connection is normal. The account also comes without problems. Games and apps also work fine. What can be the problem? Thanks.

Xbox live does not work

for that you have to call xbox support, explain the whole thing and maybe they well give you a new code for xbox live gold membership.

Xbox live does not work

For some weird reason every time I play an online game it’s says “your account does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox Live Functionality?” Can someone please help because I already have Xbox live and I feel like I’m wasting my money because
Xbox Live is not working. If you could help it would mean the world to me!

Hi! What does your console say, are you connected to Xbox Live (look within the dashboard)? Do you receive any error code or message?

Hey. The information panel simply says that there is no connection with Xbox Live. No code and error does not show. I repeat, the Internet is connected and working normally, I visited YouTube and other programs, everything works correctly. All sections are missing on the information panel; I can only enter games but without live. In the account comes without problems.

Hello fellow gamer,

It works for the Xbox one and the 360, for the regions. As per Leonzo if the country is not on the list it is not supported.

Thank you for keeping us updated. This change was implemented after the most recent update. We can suggest running a test to find out more information about the error. We will list steps below on how to test the multiplayer connection of your Xbox One. Let
us know if an error code or message appears.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings

On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
Test multiplayer connection

As posted above Ukraine is not listed in the supported regions for Xbox Live and certain parts of Ukraine, specifically Crimea, need authorization for Microsoft products to be exported.

Don't understand what you are trying to say. Are you saying that Xbox Live isn't working for you even though you paid for it? If so, are you logged into the Xbox with the same account that you are using to pay for it?

Or are you saying you no longer use Xbox Live, but are still being billed for it? If this is the case, then turn off auto-renew like in your above picture so you aren't paying for it any more.

Are you referring to something since you mention android device I wonder if you mean a different project that is on going.

I meant android device as in just the device I'm using at the particular moment. I'm trying to sign into xbox live and play on minecraft servers via my internet but it sends me that error message. I am the complete owner of the account and there arent any parental
controls. If someone could give me a solution to what is going on here that would be great.
