    Hello! I have a problem with the game Friday the 13th. The game produces "database login failure" errors, or no one connects, although the online is big. The problem for many. Please correct.

    I'm sorry to see any issues with your 360 console! If you haven't already, you'll want to go through our 360 Flashing Light solution page. Even though you state you have a solid
    light, this might get you sorted out.



    Please let me know how it goes! If it doesn't help out, please let me know which light is red, and which type of console you have (fat 360, S, or E console). From there, we can see what our next steps are. Does not start! :) I look forward to working with you!

    Game does not start

    Hey guys!

    This was an issue we were aware of. At this point, it should be resolved and all you should have to do at this point is restart the game.

    Do let us know if that works (or doesn't) so we can be sure that everything's working as intended. Does not start! :)

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling. Also create an EA account if you haven't already.
