    the game does not start

    I have the same problem, tried to uninstall and reinstall. still not working. Im gettin error code 0x8027025a and i cant find that code anywhere. Why should i need EA account?

    I bought the game last in the xbox store but he refuses to run, he does not leave the 1st loading screen

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling. Also create an EA account if you haven't already.

    Hey guys!

    This was an issue we were aware of. At this point, it should be resolved and all you should have to do at this point is restart the game.

    Do let us know if that works (or doesn't) so we can be sure that everything's working as intended. :)

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
