    Hello, I have a giant issue I removed my account from my XBox to try to fix the sign in problem and now to see if it lets me sign in it does not let me add it at all. Been with XBox for years and still there are major problems like this that interrupt
    our gaming? Outrageous!

    I am using the original Xbox one console not the Scorpio consoles and i'm not receiving an error message. I just press add new account and shows me the white circle as if i'm signing into a account but then in turns green as if I've just finished adding
    the account but haven't.
