Discus and support Does not install in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; After my windows had to be reinstalled, Microsoft Bingo is the only app that doesn't want to install back on my computer.     After my windows had to be reinstalled, Microsoft Bingo is the only app that doesn't want to install back on my computer. It shows error 0x80080207.

    It's one of my fav games and now this, totally unacceptable!! I'm not going the change my user account just because of this!! Please fix this and bring out a new updated version!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Skype does not install

    I am trying to install Skype on a new Xbox One.

    Skype appears as an available app in the "ready to install" menu.

    On selecting Skype -> Install, Xbox One reverts straight back to the list of aps that are ready to install. At some stage it displayed a 0x87e0012f error and advised to go to www.xboxone\errorhelp for help on the error. However, this errorcode is not supported.

    Any advise?

    Games does not install

    Hello

    I've got a problem with game intallation, the process doesn't even start when I'm clicking it in Games&Apps tab, Xbox Live is working, I have even broght the factory defaults on console.

    Hope you have solution for me

    This error means that an app cannot install or update. This can be due to an anti-virus or firewall program which is blocking access to the Windows Store for whatever reason. It can also be due to region or time/date being set to a different time.

    Go into your anti-virus or firewall settings and make sure that the Windows Store as well as any other pertinent apps have access.

    You can also try these steps:

    Method 1: Run the app troubleshooter.

    download.microsoft.com/.../apps.diagcab

    Open that link to run the troubleshooter

    Method 2: Disable Proxy Connections and check

    If you are using a proxy connection, then try disabling proxy and then try to purchase.

    a)Open Internet Explorer

    b)Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options

    c)Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings

    d)Uncheck the Use Proxy server

    e)Click Apply and Ok to save changes.

    Method 3: Check date and time

    a)On the start screen type "Date and Time" and open it from the settings option.

    b)Correct the date and time if it is wrong as well as the Time Zone.

    Method 4: Check Region settings

    a)Type "Region" on the Start screen and click "Settings" and hit enter.

    b)Under the "Location" tab make sure the region selected is where you are.

    Method 5: Reset Store Cache

    a)Right Click the Start screen (bottom left hand corner)

    b)Click "Run"

    c)Type: "WSReset.exe" and hit enter

    Method 6:Check if the issue exists in clean boot

    Follow the steps here to troubleshoot the issue:

    Note: Once troubleshooting is done please follow "Step 3 :Reset the computer to start as usual" on the article to boot the computer in normal mode.

    I come back just to say that the bug is back several times since a few weeks. It often does to my games that have to do updates. I know there is nothing to do on my side, but I think it is important to note that the bug still exists and therefore has not

    I still think that in these cases , the download is slow and takes much longer than usual.

    sorry but the problem persists and does not seem to resolve itself ..

    I paused the Halo 5 update at 265% because it was using me all my connection.

    But last night, is Destiny who woke up .. and it's almost 300% today! :(

    There, I just launched an update to a game I really use this times, and I hope it will end at 100% and not beyond...
