    Does not identify xbox stereo wired headphones


    I have problems with the new xbox wired headphones, I understand that when you connect them to the control, these can connect to an equalizer in the application "xbox accessories" but it does not detect them, I called support and they tell me that it is probably because I am an insaider of xbox. Is there anyone here who has had that problem and I can fix it, if so please tell me, thank you

    Hey there beni spller!

    With the Stereo Headset Adapter for Xbox One, most headphones with a 3.5mm headphone jack will play game audio! :)

    will produce sound from the xbox one controller to the xbox one stereo adapter which the headphones will allow you to plug the XBox Headphones in and hear sound and chat with the mic.

    watch the video in the link above. At the end it shows the adapter, and the cord on the headphones that you would plug in.

    If I understand your question...

    Q: If you buy the Stereo Adapter, will this allow you to hear sound.

    A: Yes, the stereo adapter will allow you to plug in headphones to hear sound. I omitted the headset that comes with the adapter just in case you already have headphones.

    (The Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter lets you plug a compatible chat or stereo headset into the Xbox One Controller to control your audio experience without taking your hands off the controller.)
