Does not have to option to swap emails for halo infinite login

hello so i am having issues swapping out emails for halo infinte. when logging on it asked for email associated with xbox account when i typed in email for account it then needed me to verify by typing in code sent via text, only issue is the number listed is an old one and even if it wasnt, my phone is currently broken right now and i am in quarantine for covid so i cant really get it fixed anytime soon. i tried to recover the email and possibly update the info and add my main email address as a verification but they keep telling me the info i put in for it isnt enough to verify it is me. I though ok thats fine ill just make a new account using my main email. however after i did this it wont give me the option to actually swap to the email during launch. When the game is started it automatically goes to the phone verification tab with the old number and no way to go back and put in the new email. I though maybe uninstalling the game on steam and reinstalling would work however it did not and had the same issue upon re download.

I would very much like to get this fixed soon as this is my only chance to play it for a long time as i am in the military deployed and once my quarantine is over i will have no way to play infinite till i get back which is a while. ive been waiting on this game for years and would just like to enjoy while trapped on this room. i tried contacting actual xbox support but the online chat option is not available and like i said no phone so i cant really call them. any help would be appreciated.
