    Gold does not activate

    Hello everyone,

    When I redeemed my Xbox Live Gold 12 months prepaid code on my Xbox One it said that I had to change my location or try to redeem it on the website. I went directly to the site, where the code was accepted. When I returned to my console I still had no Gold,
    even after changing to the location where the code was from.

    I have already rebooted my Xbox several times, and even removed and added my account again so the subscription would sync, but nothing helped. Hopefully there is a solution.

    Hello,

    I have just paid a xbox live, but it does not activate. The purchase ordem can be seen on my payment record, but when i try to play or acess the xbox live gold section on my console, it says i do not have a xbox live gold activated.

    You are definitely showing as Gold here. Try signing out of your profile and signing back in. If that doesn't work try removing your profile then add it back. Let us know. Good Luck!

    I tried that while on with support and tried again now just for wishful thinking and it doesn't work. It gives the same message.
