    I did it 3 months ago and my clips were saved (both offline and online). I was worried I would lose them but I didnt. You could upload to OneDrive or maybe transfer over to a hard drive if worried

    I'm not sure, but you can try uploading your files on Onedrive.

    You'll keep the account info.

    Hi Samy,

    It is to my understanding that when doing a reset and selecting to keep apps and games that anything Cloud-backed will be safe (i.e. game saves). The problem that I'm having is that game clips and screenshots not uploaded or backed up to the cloud will be lost when doing a reset. This is the problem that I am having.

    Having the exact same problem. When I select a clip in 'My Clips' and press start there is no save option. Or when I select a clip and press the save option in the side of the screen it says it can't be saved right now try again later. I've spent days downloading
    and installing games so there is no way I'm doing a factory reset.
