Does my controller have a defect or is this a feature I'm not aware about?

This is only a minor compliant but at times, It really does get on my nerves.

Anyways My controller wireless, Xbox One controller. For some reason would scroll 2x over, top or bottom, rather than doing it one time. The only analogy I can use to make sense of this is, it is like the Turbo button on controllers of consoles not relevant
to this. But you all might now what I mean by the turbo button.

It feels like that, and Also feel like the Analog is set in a place where the camera does go up at times involuntarily at random, I have to manually control the camera back to view.

Something tells me I need to get a new controller, but I don't want to waste 20 some odd bucks to only have the same problem. Hence the title, is this a feature I'm not aware about.

I'm a visual type of person, context is not exactly my biggest Trump card. I can try as hard as I can to explain a related situation but I feel like I have to show you the problem with a camera or someone standing by as I show it.

So If anyone knows this problem, whats the problem? is it a defect or a feature I wasn't aware about.

I'm not completely sure whats going on with your controller but it doesn't sounds like it's supposed to be like that. My controller that came out the Xbox One S was perfect. Compared to the PS4 controller, I was surprised how "loose" the sticks can be,
as in resistance level, but overall, happy with my Xbox controller. I never have any problems with the camera moving on its own.

It is in fact defective the right bumper button does not work every time I press it it is a mechanical issue( that unfortunately happens more than it should) not a software issue. I am aware of how to set up the controller in the Xbox accessories app. This will be my 3rd elite controller and probably my last.

Hey there Mrpunch! I'm sorry to hear about the controller issues.

For this, I suggest contacting the manufacturer of the controller. There should be a number somewhere on the box that it came in. Since Rock Candy controllers are not official Microsoft/Xbox controllers, their product may have features we're
not aware of.

As far as I'm aware this feature does not work. I do not know if there's any intent to fix it.
