    I've managed to make it work literally once. Is this some kind of known issue? i just keep finding unresolved threads of people not getting it to work. Is it because I have rural American internet and am therefore, once again, a disgusting worthless peasant in the eyes of a tech company? I mean I'm used to that, but most of the time companies and services will make it fairly clear. Thank you.
