    Trying to play bedrock edition with an Xbox One and PC and having a significant amount of difficulty. I was wondering if the way Xbox Gold interacts with LAN play has recently changed. Thanks!

    Thats how i played with my son, but now you need a mebership to even play lan.

    It does, now. As of 12/19/23, the LAN shows up in my Friends tab, yet it doesn't display any joinable worlds. This indicates Microsoft is paywalling without telling us.

    does not affect lan play what so ever, you only need gold for online play.
