    So, today, for the fourth or fifth time in less than a month, I am once again unable to connect to live for a sustained period of time (12 hours or more.) Now, I know this problem is not on my side, as all of my other household electronics can connect just
    fine. Like I said, this is the fourth or fifth time this has happened. I know they got hacked or whatever a few weeks ago, but I'm sorry, that's just not my problem. At some point is someone from the company going to apologize and offer some kind of refund?
    Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have the service (Live) than the money, but since getting the service seems to be a flimsy option at best, I think asking for some money back is a reasonable and rational response to blatant incompetence...

    When will I be able to use XBOX music/video service in India?

    Hey there.

    Unfortunately at this time there does not seem to be any plans to bring Xbox Music to India. If there are ever plans to, Microsoft or the Xbox LIVE team will announce it.

    You can always try and ask for a reimbursement by calling Xbox Live support

    However there might be an issue in your setup. Have you posted about this earlier in the forums? If so what did another person suggest and can you fill this out ?

    How many 360 and One consoles are connected to this router?:

    Wired or wireless (for each console):

    Things you have tried:

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown

    Seeing as how there are so many people who can properly connect without issue it's only normal to think the problem is consumer itself, most likely in their setup or it has to be a very localized issue which there have been in the past.

    Could you create a new thread about it if you still have issues so focus can be put on your particular issue ?

    I have been on a lot since right after Christmas and other than Halo have had very few connection issues. Your other devices connect fine, however every device connects differently. The solution for one might not be for another. Also it depends on what
    you are using for a router. It could also depend on how old it is. My 5 year old router was not up to the task of connecting Xbox one with complete functionality or my new phone, so I asked my provider for an updated replacement.

    Some routers require you to enter in a whole lot of parameters in order to get all the functionality, where others do it all for you.

    Have you tried a direct wired connection to rule out a wireless issue such as settings or old equipment?

    Ok, so everyone saying they haven't had a problem is out of their minds. I know it is an Xbox problem because it clearly says "...it's something on our side we are working on" as recently as an hour ago. Its back up now, but not everything is available.
    I have brand new top line routers and modems with pretty fast net speeds. This has happened at least 10 times since October, not counting the Christmas hacking.

  9. It works fine for me during the week, once the weekend hits, no dice. 400 dollar paperweight, it's pretty awesome, good times. I love chasing down this code and that code and having nothing work on a Friday night, it's fantastic.
