Does Microsoft have anything to do with games not loading

I understand you need help on your game issues from Facebook.

If you are playing games purchased through the Microsoft store, then it is coming from Microsoft servers but if these games you are playing are coming from other sources, I do not believe it has something to do with Microsoft since that is from another server.

Installing the game to the harddrive only affects single player load times, it does not doing anything to multiplayer.

it does it only with this game when i try to load it after uninstalling and reinstalling it blacks out and i cant do anything
