    Does Microsoft have any accountability?


    I am at work and get a strange email from Xbox accusing me of cheating while I was working and locking my account for 24 hrs. Apparently there are a thousand or more reasons that fall under the category of cheating. So apparently my learning disabled 14
    yr old son did something the Xbox Nazi Gestapo didnt like and absolutely refuse to discuss or provide any useful information on the matter. The xbox rep even hung up on me just for trying to get a respectful answer with useful details of value to help my disabled
    son understand what he might have done wrong.

    Our initial question as parents is how the heck does someone even cheat on a stock xbox 360? Is it illegal to press the X and B buttons at the same time? If the games have holes you need to take responsibility and fix those holes and not blame your customers.

    If xbox is going to play Nazi then they need to provide support numbers and not just hang up on concerned customers looking for answers.

    Btw, this joke of a punishment did absolutely nothing. as our son just logged in with his own xbox account and continued playing his games.

    How does a paying customer talk to someone about these allegations without being hung up on?

    Not sure why this is happening but I have a very low download speed

    On my laptop WiFi I get around 140mbps

    Download

    Phone WiFi I get around 125mbps

    Deck top computer wired I get 235mbps

    Xbox one wired I get a max of 23mbps

    And don't matter what I do I can not get what I am paying for with my ips

    I have been out got new ethernet cable for the xbox

    Cat 5 and was told to go get cat 6 and with both I am luck to get around 23mbps and I even set it up as WiFi to xbox and got the same down load speed other than 2mbps to wired and my ping went up by 1

    I have done different speed test with following

    Bt whole Sale

    Speed net

    And one other I googled and found

    And there all coming in around 230mbps

    Bt one come in at 203mbps

    Anyhow why am I all of a sudden getting such low down load on xbox than I did about 2 weeks ago

    Any help would be great

    Has your router had any firmware updates in that time? It's possible you may need to open the ports required by Live again.

    Other Minecraft players reported a similar issue as well. I just want to clarify, are you able to check and locate the Minecraft game license under your Microsoft account's order history?

    If you haven't tried it yet, here's how to check it:

    Kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft Java Edition game. If you have found the transactions, use the same Microsoft account to login to Minecraft Launcher.

    If you're unable to find the Minecraft game transaction, it means that the Minecraft game license was not originally purchased under the account you are using. You need to find the Microsoft account where you have the purchased game.

    The only best option is to check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history and locate the order transaction for the game.

    Based on your description, the error suggests that the system can't find the Minecraft game license on your Microsoft account.

    Your Minecraft account must have migrated to the original Microsoft account email address where it was first created.

    In order to fix this, you will need to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft was migrated and where your Minecraft game license was purchased.

    Kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft Java Edition game.

    From there, check if you have any Minecraft transactions. If you have found the transactions, use the same Microsoft account to login to Minecraft Launcher.

    If you're unable to find the Minecraft game transaction, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.
