    Kick of old buddy from using shared account.

    Technically you can set another console as your Home console in order to share games and gold (up to 5 time, not 8). That does not require that you share your account information at all.

    1 live account with an X1 and a 360?

    Is it possible to share a single live account across an Xbox one and a 360? Or will I need a second live account for my 360?

    Monster Hunter: World does not share data across platforms. Each version (at least at this time) is completely separated from one another. On Xbox One you will only play with other Xbox One players and only have access to your character information on Xbox
    One. This, of course, could change in the future but at the moment there seem to be no plans to connect the platforms that support the game.

    If it wa purchased on your brothers account DLC does NOT TRANSFER between platforms

    This page has some details on that-:

    "Your Credits are transferable and can be used in both games on the same platform for Steam and Xbox Live. PSN does not support transferable credits between both games."

    So on Xbox credits can be used between Skyrim and Fallout, but NOT across platforms. On PlayStation, they are game specific, and also not shared across platform. So wherever you get the credits is the platform it stays on, and for
    Xbox, it can be across both supported games.
