Does Gears of War 4 retail contain a code for windows 10?

So i'm looking to buy a GOW 4 retail copy to complete my collection of GOW games since i'm a huge fan of them but i don't currently own a xbox one but i do have a gaming pc. If i get the retail copy can i use the code it has on the windows 10 store and redeem
and play it on my pc? Or is the play anywhere thing just digital? Thanks for your time!

Lost codes for gears of war 2 3 judment day for xbox

I bought gears of war 4 ultimate edition windows 10 bedore it was release and I received the codes for gears of war 2 3 judgement for xbox. i havent redeem the codes. The codes were given in my activity alert at xbox apps windows 10. Now it does not show
the codes in my activity alert

 

GOW 1,2,3, JUDGEMENT codes do not show up in windows 10

I received promotion codes for Gears of War 1,2,3 and Judgement after downloading Gears of War 4. I am unable to play Gears of war 1,2,3 or Judgement in Windows 10. Did I receive incorrect codes?

If possible can you remove any redeemed codes for Gears of War 1,2,3 and Judgement from my accoutn and reissue in a format that will allow me to lay on Windows 10, since that is what I purcahsed GOW 4 for?

So there is no way to have a retail copy of the game that works with windows 10? Thats kinda sad :/
