Does gamepass minecraft stop working on Macos?

I have a gamepass Subscription which includes Minecraft. I played it on the PC and decided to continue playing on my MacBook. Installed the launcher, logged in with MS account. I've been playing for two weeks, last time was today's morning.

... at night (now) I just opened the launcher to continue playing but all I got is a "Play Demo" button.

Anyone knows why does this happen? I checked my subscription status and it's still running, checked my pc and the game is there just fine.

Go into settings from your Minecraft luncher. Click accounts, I was signed in through Microsoft, and needed to switch my sign in to the mojang account. So regardless of what it’s under delete it all first try mojang then try Microsoft. After you sign in it will tell you you’re active. Then click on the Java addition on the left-hand corner. Click play!

I do not have a Mojang account, neither can create one. I tried removing the account and logging in with another Microsoft account with no luck. I removed the launcher and installed it again with no luck.

Try downloading Minecraft Launcher on ONLY MICROSOFT STORE on your friend's or family member windows desktop/laptop using your account. 2nd Sign in the account that you own the gamepass to the minecraft java. The game will verify that you own the gamepass then you're processed when it says "play with gamepass" than the demo version. Final step is to download minecraft launcher on your MacOS from minecraft(dot)net/download then download the MacOS version and after downloaded you sign in with gamepass account then you're done.

I'm saying to download from MS store on your friend's or family's windows pc is because the MS store version will actually validate your gamepass than the minecraft.net version. After you've validate on your windows you can go to your Mac and download from minecraft.net/download for macOS then sign in the account that you own the gamepass.

As long as you purchase the Minecraft Java Edition, it will work on your MacOS. Be sure to use the same Microsoft account to access the game on your MacOS so your game license will be detected in game.
