Does DLC from 360 (not season pass) transfer to xboxone?

I had bought the "Extra Slots Pack" and "Wolf" on my 360 and now that i just got the xboxone, it says i have to re buy it all again? Is this an error or i have to pay again?

Xbox

DLC transferring between Xbox 360 and Xbox One depends on whether or not you purchased the DLC with a Call of Duty: Ghosts Season Pass.

If you have a Season Pass:

DLC purchased on Xbox 360 will transfer to Xbox One.

DLC purchased on Xbox One will not transfer to Xbox 360.

If you do not have a Season Pass:

DLC purchased on Xbox 360 will not transfer to Xbox One.

DLC purchased on Xbox One will not transfer to Xbox 360.

Premium season pass didn't work

does the season pass transfer from xbox one to 360 as well?

 

I dont know for sure but I imagine that X1 works on different software as there is no backwards compatibility and therefore you will have to buy it again.

 

I believe the maps and season pass can be transferred from the 360 to the xbone. However, microtransactions, such as extra slot packs, camos etc can not.

 

Anything purchased outside of the Season Pass's map packs has to be re-purchased. This is another reason not to like MS.

 

^This rule applies to Xbox and PS. It's something to address with Activision not MS.
