    Hi,

I remembered recently that a few years back I signed into a friend's desktop PC to change my Xbox PFP. I'm not sure if i'm still signed in, but I don't know. I'm worried he could do something on my account, so I changed my password. Does this sign me out
of all devices (I hope so)

    Thanks

    :)

Hello, when you change your password it immediately reflects across all devices and the next time your account needs to sign in on that device the new password will be required.

However, if your account is online and active on a device the new password change will not sing the gamertag out of that device. The change will take effect the next time the account logs out then back in again or turns the device off

I do not know if it will sign you out of all other devices, but it will require re-authentication when the user goes to do something, like make a purchase.

You may be able to see unauthorized devices on the Microsoft devices page, where you can remove them from your approved devices list: https://account.microsoft.com/devices

You may also want to review your account purchase history over the past year or so and make sure there weren't any unexpected purchases from the time you signed in over there to the time you changed your password.

If you are still concerned, it may be a good idea to set up two-factor authentication (2FA) where it requires you to use a second device like a phone to authenticate in addition to the password. This may cause all accounts
to require re-authentication the next time a previous session is resumed.

    Hi,

If you changed your password , all devices will required to put the new password in order to work.
