Does buying one version of the game get both versions?

If I were to buy a game that was optimized for the series X/S would I also get the unoptimized version as well after I make the purchase?

There was an offer with the season pass that if you bought it on 360 you would also get it on xbox one for free.

I did that and get the maps for both versions of the game. I don't know if the offer still exists though.

Without the season pass though you would have to buy the maps separately for both versions of the game.

Your rank, stats and loadouts for the multiplayer does transfer between versions of the game as I regularly play both versions. You just need to link your gamertag to your call of duty account.

Single player saves do not transfer.

If you buy the digital deluxe edition, it includes both the One version and the Series S/X version.

Otherwise, you would need to buy both versions since the Series S/X version won't work on a One.

The Xbox One version can be played on a Series S/X, but the One version won't be released until April 4. If you were to buy the digital deluxe edition of the game, you would get both the One version and the Series S/X versions of the game.

When you buy Forza Horizon 4 on PC your save games from Xbox will come with you, all you need to do is sign in on Windows 10 with the same account you use for Xbox One.

Once you buy the digital version of this game, you will also own a digital Xbox version for Xbox One so you won't need your disc anymore. It does not matter if you buy the digital version from the Xbox Store on the console or via the Windows Store PC, you'll
still get the game on both platforms.
