Does anyone know why this happens when I open game bar on pc? (Description for more)

I have the same problem on my laptop with windows 10 creator update.

I think that it does this thing when game does not support "Game Bar" in full screen.

After I do not know if it activates a few things ...

When a game supports "Game Bar" game bar open and when a game not supports "Game Bar" screen have a flash screen.

Does this happen with every game or only some?

Is the Xbox App open in the background when you try opening the Game Bar (try both with and without the App being open).

When I open a game in cloud gaming mode on the pc app I only get a black screen and nothing happens. Does anyone have any ideas what’s wrong, and how to fix it?

They allowed me into the game and when I selected the level to play the red progression bar came up then when it was reaching the end the game just automatically closed and when I tried to enter the game again nothing happens i still stay at the home anyone
knows why?
