Does anyone know where to source the ISO.

I recently obtained a broken Xbox One s all digital that was corrupted during an update. I've tried resetting the device and doing an offline update with no success The troubleshooting menu will load but nothing else will. So I am wondering if there's any way to obtain a ISO file to direct burn to the hard drive?

Was it a insiders console if so rhen you cant use the offline update

It is important to clarify that the only way to reinstall the Xbox OS on our own is by performing the offline update.

In case the offline update option appears greyed out, I encourage you to review if the USB is formatted as NTFS and to transfer the files again.
Or, if possible, use a different USB drive.

I replaced the hard drive, did a offline update and it worked.

Is this happening after you download and open the setup.exe file inside the ISO?
Or is this happening when you try to download the ISO file from the official Microsoft website?

Additionally, may I know if you tried connecting your PC to a different internet source, like a mobile hotspot via USB or Wi-Fi connection, to verify if the same message appears?
