    I've been trying to purchase Oblivion and Bully for my One, however keep getting an error message saying "This offer is not available in your Region".

    Anyone know which region I need to be in to be able to buy these games?

    Just go to xbox.com and buy it their...I had the same error on my X1 and had to go to xbox's actual site.

    Make sure that all packs and DLCs are installed on your end by following the steps below:
